The service
Mantis Academic Timetabling is an online tool, provided by Mantis Solver, that generates class timetables from the information an educational institution enters. These terms apply to the use of the site mantissolver.com and of the application at app.mantissolver.com.
Accounts
Access is granted to people the institution authorizes, with a role that limits what they can see and change. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account.
Institution data
The data an institution uploads remains theirs. They grant us the permission needed to process it only to provide the service, and confirm they have the right to upload it.
Acceptable use
You may not try to reach another institution's data, interfere with how the service works, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Timetables are a proposal
The system generates timetables from the rules and data it is given. The institution must review and approve the result before using it; a timetable is only as correct as the data and rules it was built from.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts to keep it available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
